My landlord made me give away a couple of kitties I'd hand raised and had for 3 years. I bawled for a week. A good friend took them and I see them now and then, so I took comfort from knowing they went to a good home and I could see them occasionally.
Now you have your new baby to love on and you know your other 2 are doing good.

thanks, both of you. they were a mixture of happy & sad tears.
Sad to have given them up but happy to see them again and that they are doing well
