I was getting ready to head out to my great-nephew Riley's 3rd birthday party on Sunday and had this conversation with one of the guys : (my half is in italics)
"Hey, Alex, are you going to the noon AA meeting today?"
"Nope, I'm going to my great-nephew's 3rd birthday party"
"Oh, how old is he?"
"Um, 3...?"
"Oh, is it his birthday?"
and people wonder why I get frustrated living here!

And I see no reason to suspect that his years of drinking caused any brain damage at all! lol ;o)
