On face book there is a name generator application. I decided (being of Scottish ancestry ) to try the Scottish-name generator. My full name is Alexander Gerrard Macdougall, as fine a Scottish name as there is. And what did it give me? - Ewan Mackintosh!?! (for the full name) - Hamish Mackintosh for just alex macdougall
