random bits
1st : I've added a new "page element" It's a poll thingy. (pull thingy? hehehe)
well, my BC Lions are looking good to repeat this year. they started off good, went through 4-5 weeks of really bad injury troubles but are now healthy again (just as al the other teams are getting hit by the injury bug!)
Birthday next week! 44. Can't wait for the present my dad ordered me. 12 cd's with old time radio shows! theya re all mp3's so you can fit a ton on a single cd. I'm going to get 985 episodes of various shows (including almost the entire 17 year run of my fave :Johnny Dollar!)
Most of my new shows have started now. The 2 I was most looking forward to (Criminal Minds & CSI) both had pretty good openers. Especially CSI. That was awesome. Sure made up for last yearsss season premiere.
Hockey is in full swing. GO CANUCKS!
Survivor's back too. Hohum. I think I'm just about doen with being excited about Survivor. I still watch but it just aint the same anymore.
Work is as good as always.

I really dont like the new windows Live mail or whatever the hell it is they call what they've done to hotmail.
Saw a commercial for a new all-powerful type of birth control pill called "Kaz" ( I think that's the name). The song for the ad is Twisted Sister's "We're not gonna take it".
ummm? They're NOT going to take the pill? I'm confused. I'm also not sleeping with any of them if that's the case.
2 weeks until my computer is back! yay!.
holy cow : in two weeks I will have been here in Salmo for a year!

Actually, I think the pill in question is Yaz. I thought the same thing when I saw the commercial. "Huh? We're not gonna take it?" I guess it's supposed to mean that we're not gonna put up with the mood swings, bloating, cramping, etc., anymore. Whatever. Lousy marketing, because almost everyone is going to wonder exactly what we bother wondered.
