quickly : did you here about the armless, one legged man who managed to elude police somewhere in the states? I',m not sure where exactly but apparently the caught him once and he escaped but they recently caught him and arrested him again. My question is : How did they handcuff the guy? And I'm sorry, but if your police force cant hold on to a armless one-legged guy - it's time to start thinking about hiring some new recruits!
