monday monday...

some tuesday morning ramblings from the house across the street. (i'm house sitting for a couple days)

not much exciting going on lately, still looking for work. Really enjoying my own place.
Just watched Deal or no Deal. They had a pair of twin sisters on. I was hoping they would ge the penny and have to split that!
Last night's episode of 24 was pretty good. The Vice-president is a war-monger with a hot assistant.
Watched a few movies yesterday...Saw 2&3, Final Destination 3, The Departed,The Black Dahlia, & Hollywoodland All are worth watching. The Departed was your typically good Martin Scorcese film - good soundtrack,good acting, & gratuitous violence. The Saw movies were great. I've now seen all 3 - good kills, good twists - far better than your average horror film. I do wish I had known that they were both on as I ended up watching them out of order. Final Destination was good - I will definitely check out the other 2 as soon as I can. The Black Dahlia & Hollywoodland were pretty good. They are based on a couple of famous Hollywood deaths - on an out an out murder ,the other shrouded in mystery about whther or not George Reeves committed suicide or was murdered. Personally, I think he was killed - how do you shoot yourself in the head TWICE? Why weren't there fingerprints on the gun? Ben Affleck does a pretty good job of playing Reeves as well.

My beloved Vancouver Canucks are looking pretty solid, I think they could make a good run in the upcoming playoffs. GO CANUCKS GO!

Not much else to talk about at the moment so I'll go for now. I'm housesitting for a coupe days so I should mosdty likely be back one more time before going back to my internet-less home.
