ok, I'm not a huge NFL fan but since I will likely be forced to sit through all of the playoff games this year I figured I may as well make some picks so that all of you who are NFL fans can laugh at my lack of knowledge.
Kansas City Chiefs @ Indianapolis Colts : I am going with Indianapolis by 10 (Las Vegas has Indy by 7)
Dallas Cowboys @ Seattle Seahawks : I say Seattle by 6 (Las Vegas has Seattle by 3)
N.Y. Jets vs New England Patriots : This is my "upset" pick - N.Y. Jets by 3 (Las Vegas has N.E. by 8)
N.Y. Giants @ Philadelphia Eagles : I'm picking Philly by 14 (Las Vegas has Phi by 7)

I'm not a big fan, but my hubby is a lifetime Cowboys fanatic.
I have mixed feelings about football. On the one hand, I get sick of it being on TV all the time during the season.
On the other hand, it keeps Lamar busy and occupied. When the season's over he gets bored and is in my hair more. (Get your mind out of the gutter, Alex!)
So I guess it's a tradeoff: boring football, or bored Lamar. A no-win situation for me. Good thing I have my computer and we have 2 TV's.

My mom is doing better now. Thanks for asking. It has been confirmed that she has chronic bronchitis and emphysema now though.At least now they know what it is and can treat it.
